On September 27, 1985 Hamilton filed a motion for reconsideration, which motion was denied on October 23, 1985. On December 3, 1985 Hamilton filed a notice of appeal seeking to appeal from the judgment, the order denying Hamilton's motion for a new trial, and the order denying Hamilton's motion for reconsideration.
