HELD. - The assets of Dr. Dunns professional corporation were marital assets subject to an equitable property division. Royalties, but not a contract for personal services, were marital assets subject to division. The findings on valuation of retirement assets were inadequate; the premarital retirement assets were the ex-husbands separate property, but those accruing during marriage were to be divided equally. Premarital property commingled or assimilated to marital property was subject to equitable division. The trial court abused its discretion in making a disproportionate division of the marital property.
